Transitional Employment Program
As part of our transitional programs, we offer employment services. We assist in placing the hard to place individuals. Whether your past troubles were drugs, alcohol, prison time or long periods of unemployment, we are here to help you.
The benefit to you is not only finding work, but having a full service center that can assist you in getting back to being a productive citizen.
After a successful period of employment for one of the companies we service, we will offer you a refererence for longer term, higher paying positions in the community. We assist you in getting a history of employment so that your odds of further employment are greatly improved.
Many people getting back into the workforce after prolonged absences have other hinderences to employment such as transportation, needing time off for therapy and proper attire. We assist you in all the needs you have that currently block your path to successful employment.
